Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is only possible before order confirmation. After that, cancellation is not applicable.

  • Before Confirmation: Cancellation is allowed before the order is confirmed by us
  • After Confirmation: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed

Refund Policy

No refund will be provided after the order is delivered.

  • Post-Delivery: No refunds are applicable once the order reaches you
  • Pre-Delivery Refunds: Refunds are only applicable in the event of an accepted order cancellation (before confirmation) or if delivery cannot be fulfilled

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • • Report immediately upon delivery with photographic evidence
  • • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you
  • • Replacement items will be dispatched once verified

Payment & Refund Methods

Any applicable refunds (e.g., prior to order confirmation) will be issued to the original payment method:

  • • Credit/Debit Card: 3-5 business days
  • • UPI/Online Transfer: 1-2 business days
  • Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any orders.
